Is there a free trial?: Yes, a 30-day free trial. Sign-up is opening soon. Until then, claim a founding spot and we'll be in touch when it opens.
Can I really add my whole crew?: Yes. The plan covers unlimited users: owners, office staff and techs each get their own login. New logins wait for your approval, and you choose what techs can see.
What's a text segment?: Texts are counted the way the phone carriers count them. A short, plain text is one segment. A long text, or one with emoji, can count as two or more.
What if I use more than what's included?: Extra texting is $12 per 500 text segments. If the month's AI allowance runs out, the AI helpers pause until the next month starts, and everything else keeps working.
What does the $199 setup include?: We import your data for you, from Housecall Pro, Jobber or a spreadsheet. It's optional: the app also has a built-in importer you can use yourself.
How does the founding offer work?: The first 10 businesses pay half price for life: $49.50 a month instead of $99, and $99 for setup instead of $199. In return, we ask for a feedback call around day 30 and a short case study about your business.
How do my customers pay me?: Through your own Stripe or Helcim account, so card payments go straight to you. Bank (ACH) payments work with Helcim. You can also record cash and checks.
Does it work on my phone?: Yes. It works in the web browser on iPhone, iPad, Android and computers, and you can add it to your home screen. Our iPhone and iPad app is in testing now and on its way to the App Store.
